"Summer is For Kids!" (the Event) July 26-28 2013 (All dates are for 2013)
The Fraternal Order of Eagles (FOE) Aerie 3973 (the Aerie) is administrating this Raffle.
The Coordinators (Leads) are Maureen Heather and Billie Lail (we).
The Leads will judge any & all discrepancies and questions about the Raffle. The Decisions of the Leads are final.
Eagle Member in good standing, from any Aerie Number, or Eagle Affiliation (Member).

You MUST be 18 years old, by July 28 to participate in this raffle. (Other drawings will be held at the Event for younger people.)
You do NOT need to be present to win.
Multiple random drawings will be held on July 28, between 12pm and 2pm.
The ticket stubs drawn must be legible to be valid.
Your Chances of winning are equal to the total number of tickets entered divided by the total number of prizes donated.
All Taxes are the responsibility of the winning recipients.
Raffle Tickets have no financial or inherent value beyond the chance to win a prize.
Raffle Tickets are available for a minimum $1 donation. A "Book" of tickets is 10 tickets.
Ticket sales officially start at the Aerie, 5pm, July 26.
Raffle Tickets and Books are Available from the Aerie, the Members, and some Volunteers.
Full Tickets Books can be Ordered or Reserved, on-line, anytime through Friday July 12, 5pm.
The “Family Discount” is available to the MEMBERS until July 13th, 6:30pm. Family Discount is "Buy 5 books get 6 books!" (sell the tickets to recoup your investment, have a Book left for yourself! It’s our Thank You for helping to make this endeavor a success!) Family Discount can be claimed at the Aerie until July 28, 10am, simply by showing your current Membership card. They can be Ordered/Reserved online until July 26, 3:00pm. There is an Online Discount.
Ticket stubs can be entered into the drawing by delivering them to the Aerie, or mailing them to FOE Event,PO Box 711731, Santee, CA 92072-1731. Mailed Ticket Stubs must be received at Post Office Box, prior to 11:45AM July 25th.
The FOE, Aerie, Members, and Volunteers, are not responsible for lost, late, illegible or damaged entries.
Entering a raffle ticket into the drawing is giving your expressed consent and agreement to the Official Rules of this raffle including: Aerie and Leaders may post your name and your picture, with the Prize, in public venues. You agree to abide by the Leads decisions and hold harmless and indemnify the FOE and the Aerie and the Members for everything associated with your participation in this raffle.
Winners are notified by phone, at the number printed on the ticket stub. No other official notification is given. Winners have 48 hours to respond. After responding, Winners will have up to 24 hours to present valid picture ID with the same exact name as on the winning ticket stub, at the Aerie, to Claim the prize. Current Winner’s names may be available online at FOEaerie3973.wix.com/home, and posted at the Aerie, after 5pm on July 28. Winners may be photographed while claiming their prize; photographs are the property of the Aerie and Members and may be posted in public venues.
Any prizes not properly claimed, within the 48 or 24 hour waiting periods, will be put into the “2nd Chance” drawings with the same rules as the original drawing, until all prizes have been awarded.
All prizes are Donated Goods. Therefore, neither the FOE, the Aerie, nor the Members can give any assurance, guarantee, or warrantee as to the usefulness of any of the prizes.
Raffle Funds are to benefit the FOE Jimmy Durante Children’s Fund and the new FOE Diabetes Research Center. For more information about the charities, please see FOE.com. The Raffle funds will go 100% to the Charities; therefore your donation may be Tax Deductible, ask your tax professional.
The FOE, the Aerie, and the Members will only record, or store, your Raffle entry information as necessary to Notify Winners, present prizes to the Winners, and to the post the Winners Names. All Ticket Stubs will be properly destroyed after the last prize has been awarded. You will not receive any other communications from this Raffle information.
We reserve the right to make updates, changes, and additions to The Official Raffle Rules up until the Raffle drawings begin.
